Meet Your Host at the Falls
Meet in the Niagara Parks tourist area a short walk from Table Rock Centre. Your host checks you in, hands over both pre-booked admissions and runs through the order of the afternoon, including where to stash a bag and how to keep a phone dry.
Journey Behind the Falls
Skip the ticket line and take the elevator 125 feet down into tunnels bored through the bedrock in 1889. Two portals open directly behind the white wall of the Horseshoe Falls, and the lower observation deck puts you beside the water as it lands. Poncho included.
Nineteen Storeys Down to the Boat
A lift drops you nineteen storeys into the gorge to reach the dock. You pick your spot on the deck and are handed a Niagara City Cruises poncho, which you will need. Priority boarding comes with the upgrade option.
Niagara City Cruises - Voyage to the Falls
Walk down the Parkway to the boat dock and board with priority access. The cruise passes the American and Bridal Veil Falls before turning into the Horseshoe basin, where 170 feet of water crashes down around you. Loud, drenching, and the moment everyone photographs.
Stay for the Illumination
You finish beside the falls with the evening ahead of you. Every night of the year the falls are lit in rotating colour from dusk, and it is free. Your host will point you to the best spot to watch from and the nearest place to warm up with a coffee.

Where you meet depends on the option you book. For the Night Boat Tour with Fireworks it is 6635 Niagara River Pkwy, with your guide waiting outside at the foot of the incline railway under the large FALLS INCLINE RAILWAY sign. For the group, private and cruise upgrade options it is the garden in front of the Niagara Parks Police Station at 6075 Niagara River Pkwy, where your guide wears a yellow vest and holds a Walks sign. Either way, do not go straight to the Niagara City Cruises boat. There is no hotel pickup.
Not at the meeting point. The operator files a separate end point for the Night Boat Tour with Fireworks option and does not name a return for the others, so ask your guide at the start where the tour will leave you. Check before travelling if it affects your plans.
