Safety Briefing and Boarding
A short briefing covers how to approach and leave the aircraft, which matters more than anything else you will be told. Then the ground crew walks you out and seats the group, everyone beside a window. If you are nervous, mention it now rather than in the air, and they will place you where you are most comfortable.
Up the Gorge and Round the Falls
You lift off and follow the gorge, over the Whirlpool where the river doubles back, then along past the Rainbow Bridge before the aircraft banks around the falls themselves. The Horseshoe from directly above is the moment everybody goes quiet for. Ten minutes sounds short until you are in them.
Touchdown and the Rest of Your Day
A last sweep of the skyline and the aircraft settles back at the heliport. You step off with a completely different sense of how the falls are laid out, which makes everything you do afterwards on the ground read better. Most guests fly early and spend the rest of the day at the falls.
